For web designers, local-SEO shops and marketing agencies: 409 plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing businesses in Portland & Vancouver whose web presence leaves a job on the table, cut from our contractor list and the reads of each business's site. Sheet 1: 145 businesses with no website on their public listing. Sheet 2: 264 businesses whose site answered and offers no online booking, with a column for each gap we saw (request form, HTTPS, built for phones, hours posted). Sheet 3: 169 listed sites that did not answer.

Every row carries the business name, trade, city, address, listed phone, the published business inbox where the site has one, and the owner on the state licence record or a contact name read from the site, with the licence date and number where the state publishes them. Business records only, never personal data.
