Shipping policy

Nothing ships. Every product in this store is a digital download or a service. There are no shipping charges and no physical delivery.

Digital downloads are delivered by email with a download link within one hour of a paid order, to the email address on the order. Links do not expire. If the email does not arrive, check spam, then reply to your order confirmation and a person will resend it the same business day.

Services start with an onboarding form sent within the hour of your order or your "start" reply; typical go-live is within three business days of receiving your inputs.
