Workshop Media Co. is a small studio in Sammamish, Washington, run by Addison Lopez. We build the lists, documents and tools that small service businesses, and the people who sell to them, need and cannot find made properly: every file here is built from a source you can check, and every number in a listing is computed from the file you download.
What we make
- Contractor Lists. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing businesses for a metro, built from Overture Maps places (the open map data behind Amazon, Meta, Microsoft and TomTom) and joined to the state licence registry where the state publishes one: Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Colorado today. Rows carry the owner on record or qualifying party, the licence date and class, phone, website, the email the business publishes itself, and its social profiles. New edition each month; one free refresh on request.
- Service Business Toolkits. The office work that piles up after 9 PM for a plumbing, HVAC, electrical or roofing company: written reply packs, review-request kits and working prompts, delivered as files you edit.
- Prop Firm Trader Tools. Spreadsheets and printables for funded-trader evaluations: position size, trailing drawdown, pass probability and a trading plan that survives the week.
- Done-For-You Services. Revenue Recovery answers a business's after-hours requests in writing, in its own name; the Attestary AI Governance Packet answers the AI section of a cyber or E&O renewal with the business's own records. Both are delivered by email with a written deliverable.
- 3D Print Files. Original, print-tested designs from our own Etsy line, with a small-batch licence.
What you can hold us to
- Lists: bad rows (a disconnected phone, a bouncing business email) replaced free within 30 days. Single-company licence.
- Services: a written scope before work starts and a written deliverable at the end, by email, within one to two business days.
- No scraped personal email addresses, no LinkedIn scraping, no invented reviews. If a claim on a page cannot be checked against the file, tell us and we will fix the page.
