A request comes in at 9:40 PM. Nobody sees it until 7:30. By then the customer has booked the company that wrote back.
APEX Revenue Recovery answers every written request to your business within 60 seconds, in your name, around the clock. It asks the two or three questions your tech would ask, offers three arrival windows from your real schedule, follows up three times over a week if the customer goes quiet, and tells you about every lead and booking the moment it happens. The customer always picks the time. It runs on email; your crew changes nothing.
What one missed request costs
A plumbing, HVAC or electrical job averages $300 to $600. If five requests a week arrive when nobody is at the desk and a one-minute written reply keeps half of the customers who would otherwise move on, that is roughly $1,300 a month in work that already asked for you. You pay $49 for each job it books, nothing otherwise. Run your own numbers in the calculator.
What it does, in order
- Replies in 60 seconds. Every inquiry from your web form, your inbox or our hosted request form gets a written reply in your business's name, day or night, saying what happens next and when.
- Asks your questions. Service needed, address or ZIP, urgency, photos, preferred times: your three to five questions, collected into one record.
- Offers real times. Three arrival windows from your weekly availability, confirmed by email with a calendar file, or your own Calendly or Cal.com link.
- Tells you immediately. Every new lead, every answer and every booking forwarded to you within a minute.
- Follows up, then stops. Days 1, 3 and 7 if the customer goes quiet, then the lead is closed and you know. STOP is honoured instantly; nothing is ever sent to anyone who did not contact you first.

Three pilot seats this month: the first 30 days free in exchange for a named case study and an honest Google review. Reply "pilot" to any of our emails or the contact page.
What happens after you say start
- Within the hour you receive a short onboarding form: where requests arrive (forward your form or inbox, or use our hosted form), a reply-to address, your weekly availability and service area, your questions, any scheduling rules.
- We write your acknowledgment, qualification and follow-up messages from your website. You approve them once; nothing goes out in your name that you have not read.
- We go live, usually within three business days, and send the first week's summary: inquiries, response time, booked and recovered jobs.
Start smaller: do it yourself first
Not ready for the service? The same replies, rules and scripts we run for clients, as downloads you edit and send yourself:
- After-Hours Reply Pack, $39: the 60-second acknowledgment, the three-window booking email, the day 1/3/7 follow-ups, the close, 12 in all.
- Review Request Kit, $29: texts, emails, reply scripts for 5, 3 and 1-star reviews, and a tracker.
- 63 AI Prompts for Contractors, $19: estimates, follow-ups, reviews, Google Business Profile posts, hiring.
Buy any of them and decide later: the price comes off your first month's bookings if you move to the service within 60 days. Say so in the onboarding form.

The questions we get
Does it answer the phone? No. It handles written inquiries: web forms, email, and our hosted request form. Phone and SMS are not included, which is also why it never sounds like a call centre.
Will customers know it is automated? Every message is written in plain words in your business's name, says a person will confirm the appointment, and forwards anything it cannot answer to you within a minute. Nothing pretends to be your tech.
What do I have to change? Nothing on your site or your phones. We need a reply-to address and your availability; the rest we read from your website.
What if it is not for us? On pay-per-booking you stop any time and owe only the bookings already in your log. On the flat plan, cancel any month with 30 days' notice.
How do you count a booking? A customer who contacted you, received our replies in your name, and confirmed an appointment time in writing. You see every one in the log as it happens; we never bill one you cannot see.
Who is behind it? Workshop Media Co., Washington State. Reply to any email from us or use the contact page; we answer the same business day.
