These terms apply to purchases from this store and to the Workshop software operated by Workshop Media Co.

Purchases

Digital products are delivered by download after payment and are licensed for your personal or single-business use. Physical items, when offered, ship through our print partner; shipping times are shown at checkout. Refunds for defective or undelivered goods are handled through the Contact page within 30 days.

Content

Clips we publish on our own channels are posted under the creator programs that license them. We take down any clip on request from its rights holder: write to workshopmediaco@gmail.com.

Software

The Workshop software is used only on accounts we own or are expressly authorised to operate. We make no promise of any earnings, views or trading result; paper-trading figures are simulations and never real money.
