Privacy Policy

Workshop Media Co. ("The Workshop", "we") operates this store and the Workshop software that posts short video clips and reads channel statistics on the social accounts we run.

What we collect

When you buy from this store, Shopify collects the details needed to fulfil your order (name, email, shipping and payment details handled by Shopify Payments). We do not see your card number.

When our software connects to a YouTube, Instagram or TikTok account, it stores only the access tokens Google, Meta or TikTok issue for that account and the public statistics of the videos it posts (views, likes, comments). It does not read private messages, contacts or any other user's data.

Google user data

The Workshop uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos to channels we operate and to read those channels' public statistics. Google user data is stored on the owner's own computer, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is used only to publish and measure our own videos. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Email

If we email you about your business, every message carries our postal address and a reply-to-stop line. One reply ends it, and your address is kept on a suppression list so it is never contacted again.
